Cosy family room with balcony and decent toilet plus the bedroom. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Location just next door to railway station, backwater, restaurants and cafe and the centre of town. Affable and lovely staff with smiles.

We loved this hotel! The cleanliness was really good, with our room being one of the cleanest we've stayed in during our trip. The staff were helpful, offering advice on the best places to eat and arranging transport for us. We particularly loved the location, as it was within walking distance of the lake and close to transportation links. We also enjoyed the facilities, particularly the lovely balcony attached to our room.

The room was clean and had a nice balcony. The AC and fan were functioning perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. the location was impeccable - close to the ferry port and attractions nearby. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who helped us book trips and found a rickshaw for us.
The bathroom was not up to our expectations. The bathing area was too small, and everything got wet after using the shower.

This hotel was in a great location close to the lake, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was very helpful, providing recommendations and organizing tours. the air conditioning and comfortable bedding made for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and better designed, with some guests reporting water on the floor and a small bathing area.

Location was very convenient, close to transportation and restaurants. the room was clean and had a nice balcony with a view. the air conditioning worked well and kept us cool during the hot days.
The bathroom was a bit small and the shower area was not well designed, everything got wet after taking a shower. there were some bugs in the bathroom and we had to be careful as it was slippery.
